en-CA This series of 14 paintings is part of a personal journey revisiting and reconnecting with the past while assigning new meanings to the colours of the old associated memories.

en-CA Artist's notes: "It used to be red. At one point it became an all-day doughnut shop. The sign read "dog nuts". I don't think it was intentional."

en-CA The creator of this work was a resident of Niagara Falls & currently resides in Toronto.
