Jul 4,1837; husband of Catherine Heaslip; father of John, Joseph and William; brother of Theophilius Reaveley; emigrated from England to America; prior to 1790 came to Canada with group of Loyalists; established 1st carding mill in Niagara district; served in militia during war of 1812-14;
