Document reads: Town of Clifton To Wit: To Robert-Robinson, Returning officer for the Centre War of the Town of Clifton. Whereas a vacancy has occured in the Municipal Council of the Town of Clifton, by the resignation of Mr. Andrew-Wallace, late a Councillor for the Centre Ward of the said Town. Theses are therefore to authorize and require you to hold a new Election, within the time and in the manner prescribed by law, to fill the afore saw vacancy.
