Fralick House on the Corner of Ferry and Stanley Streets
Description
en-CA Erected about 1832 by Robert Fralick. Was an inn for many years. Used by troops during Navy Island operations, 1837. Officers resided there during years that Drummondville was garrison town. House was renovated, new sash and verandah put on in the late 1880's. Large barns and stables along Stanley street were built to accomodate Portage teams, were burned by incendiary. They were replaced by smaller stables.
