en-CA May be the "Battle Ground Inn" mentioned in military dispatches of 1838. Main building one-storey; rear extension two-storeys. Front entrance is recessed between two wings, the roof being carried on two pillars. The recessed portion has been given a sun-room front in later years. (Windows are modern)
