Photographs were taken by Fred Helie, a worker on the project sometime between 1950 - 1958

en-CA 1o inch pipe which was lowered from surface above. These were random lengths of 20 to 30 feet and were welded to one another as they were lowered into the hole. A cushion-aire pot was set under it, and through this the concrete ejected into the hopper. From hopper concrete dropped into pumpcrete machine or invert tank gantry
