- en-CA Jay Cochrane holds numerous world records for skywalking, outdoor highwire walks with no safety lines or nets. SkyWalk at Niagara marks Jay's return to his home country and the first skywalk in Niagara since 1897. Jay Cochrane's wish is to cross over to the United States from Canada going over both the American and Canadian Falls. However the Niagara Parks Commission prohibits stunting on all of its properties under the authority granted under the Regulations of the Niagara Parks Act. Stunting now carries a maximum fine of $10,000.
