League treasure Ken Barrow who was named "Mr. Softball of 1959", Tommy Buchanan of Daws and Drake Hotel who won both the league and all-star MVP awards; Phil Mazzone of Drakes as the most valuable rookie of the year and Pete Merritt of Motorville who won the Molson award as the most valuable pitcher.
