- en-CA In 2007, Andrew Porteus photographed Niagara Falls from the Rainbow Bridge at the point where the concrete and steel portions meet. The purpose of these photographs is to show Niagara Falls at the same time of day and under varying weather conditions over the course of a year. This relects the various moods of the river as seen by those who in the vicinity of the Falls every day.
