"Skip" Bill Johns, front row, 5th from right. Doug Austin, front row third from right. Possibly a former mayor, front row, second from right. Ruby Sibbett Lindsay, women's editor, second row, 4th from right. Other woman, possibly Eva Tolan. It looks like a party of Niagara Falls Review newspaper staff.
