Document reads: Town of Clifton To Wit: To Robert-Robinson, Returning officer for the Centre War of the Town of Clifton. Whereas a vacancy has occured in the Municipal Council of the Town of Clifton, by the resignation of Mr. Andrew-Wallace, late a Councillor for the Centre Ward of the said Town. Theses are therefore to authorize and require you to hold a new Election, within the time and in the manner prescribed by law, to fill the afore saw vacancy. Given under my hand, and the Seal of the Corporation of the Town of Clifton, at Clifton, this sixth day of April, 1872. Geo. W. Taylor, Mayor

Normal operating capacity approximately 375,000 kilowatts (500,00 h.p.). Public welcome. Tours conducted daily, 9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Located on the River Rd., six miles north of Niagara Falls, Ont.

Herdsman Garner passed with honors at the head of the 81 students who wrote exams in Stamford high school and he was third in the county results.
