en-CA "The Honeymoon-Capital of the World." The Falls are 1000 feet wide and situated twenty miles from Lake Erie and fourteen miles from the river mouth in Lake Ontario. The Canadian (or Horseshoe) Falls are 162 feet high; the American Falls being 167 feet high.
