en-CA Niagara Falls Mayor Franklin Miller expresses his hopes for a high Niagara Falls finish as he points out the Niagara Falls McRae Heaters name at the unveiling of the second International Fastball tournament draw Tuesday at the Park Motor Hotel. Flanking the board are tournament co-chairmen, Leo Burger (left) and Don Forgie. The Invitational tournament, co-sponsored by the Greater Niagara Softball Association and Labatt's Breweries of Canada Ltd., was held at Ker Park from July 29 to August 2 with 12 of the top teams from Ontario and Western New York competing for $1,700.00 in prize money and Labatt's awards
