- en-CA L. to R. Harry P. Stephens; J.E. Anger (seated); F.H. Leslie. J.E. Anger started the Weekly Review in 1879 and owned it until 1892 when he sold it to Harry P. Stephens. Stephens sold it to F.H. Leslie in 1904, the year Niagara Falls became a city. This photo was taken in 1919, the last time Mr. Anger was in Niagara Falls before he died.
