Forward in the 1980's foe the development of the property, including a marina, a housing development. At the present, October 1991, the Town of Fort Erie is making pplans to establish a public park here
A handwritten notation on reverse indicates that Mr Cardy was the new manager of the Clifton House Hotel in Niagara Falls but this is unconfirmed ; the local newspaper does indicate that a Mr A J Cardy was the owner of the Savoy Hotel during the years 1910 -1912 ;

Erie Beach amusement park was owned by a man named Bardol who had a residence. He sold out to the Crystal Beach Co., in the late 1920's and thye park was torn down and the rides were transferred to Crystal Beach. The pavillion which was made of reinforced concrete remained standing as a derelict until the 1980's when it was demolished.
