Ferry Road now Clifton Hill curves up the hill behind the Clifton House (left), bordered by a split rail fence. The buildings at either side of the Canada end of the bridge, the on the left built by George bender Biggar and the one on the right by Philip Bender were built in 1872 ; The library has four other images very similar to this but with different provenances. For ease of use they are all filed under Accession number 421236p ;
